Technical Manager

Our company has been present in the electrical industry market as a contractor for more than 25 years. Our main activities include the installation and maintenance of solar panel systems, transformer stations, and the design and implementation of e-car charging stations.

Join us as a Technical Manager if you are familiar with medium voltage, kilovolt-amperes, and transformers, and have a passion for taking on new challenges.

 

Your tasks and responsibilities:

  • Providing professional support for implementation works, technical preparation, and ensuring the necessary resources for projects (machines, tools, human resources, etc.)
  • Coordinating contractor and subcontractor teams
  • Professional review of implementation plans, consulting with the designer and investor if necessary
  • On-site inspection of implementation works, optimizing and coordinating work processes
  • Ensuring the completion of project-related technical documentation by the deadline.
  • Performing internal administration related to projects (supplier orders, checking incoming invoices)
  • Independent handling and professional resolution of questions and problems arising during execution.
  • Providing professional support to sales colleagues, conducting joint on-site technical assessments, and offering professional advice
 

You should definitely apply if:

  • You have at least 2-3 years of professional experience in the electrical industry
  • You have practical experience in the implementation of electrical projects
  • You hold a mid-level or advanced degree in a relevant area.
  • You have at least intermediate, active English or German language skills
  • You have excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills
  • You have advanced IT knowledge
  • You have a category B driving license
 

It’s great if you have:

  • A qualification as an electrical safety inspector
  • Knowledge of CAD Design software
  • Knowledge of the Kulcs-Soft enterprise management system
